Join us on Wednesday, December 13, 1-2pm in front of the Dover District office of Congressman Chris Pappas, 660 Central Avenue, Dover NH for a silent candlelight vigil for all who are suffering violence, displacement, terror, and grief in Palestine and Israel.
We will implore Congressman Pappas to join the call for a permanent ceasefire, an end to the Israeli bombardment and blockade of Gaza, and an end to US military aid to Israel.
This event is not a rally. It is a solemn vigil of lamentation for the many thousands of lives lost, and an expression of our steadfast commitment to human rights and peace among all peoples.
This vigil is hosted by AFSC-NH, NH Peace Action, the Community Church of Durham, Palestine Education Network & Veterans for Peace-NH. All are welcome. This is an outdoor event. Please dress for the weather. Bring a candle if you have one.
